Date: Friday, 4th April 2025
Venue: Camden Golf Club – Studley Park
Price: $160 per person or $640 per team
Note: Registration is limited to 120 players only—first in, first served.

Event Schedule:
• Bus Pick-Up: 6:30 am at Ingleburn Hotel
• Registration: 7:00 am
o Gift bags will be handed out by Kids of Macarthur staff. (If you would like to donate items to promote your business in these bags, please contact me).
• Breakfast: 7:00 am – Bacon and egg roll, coffee, and tea.
• Bus Pick-Up: 6:30 am at Ingleburn Hotel
• Registration: 7:00 am
o Gift bags will be handed out by Kids of Macarthur staff. (If you would like to donate items to promote your business in these bags, please contact me).
• Breakfast: 7:00 am – Bacon and egg roll, coffee, and tea.
• Shotgun Start: 8:00 am
o 4-man Ambrose with carts provided.
o Drink vouchers will be issued at registration for use on the course and back at the clubhouse.
• On-Course Events:
o Nearest the Pin, Longest Drive, Drive and Pitch, Land on the Green, Memorial Hole
o Best Dressed Team (judge’s decision is final), Penalty Cards, Sports Cards, Raffle
• Presentation and Lunch: 1:00 pm sharp (Please note: those still on course will miss out)
o Alternate served main meal
o Cake and sweets for dessert
o Beer on tap, house wine, and soft drinks available during the presentation (vouchers can be redeemed)
• Additional Activities:
o Chip and Putt Competition
o Silent Auction
o Heads and Tails Speedy Trivia Round
Proceeds from this year’s Golf Day will once again support Kids of Macarthur Health Foundation, a local children’s charity that provides essential paediatric medical equipment for our region’s sick kids.
